The story revolves around a couple Irfana (Fazila Qazi) and Sohail
Ahmed
(Humayun Saeed) whose domestic life is on the rocks due to the
interference
of his over dominating mother (Tamanna) and meddling sister Anjum
(Javeria
Jalil). These leftmenu leave no moment to make life hell for Irfana, who
keeps
bearing all this for the sake of her son. Meanwhile in Sohail's office
a
colleague Nadia (Abida Zaki) starts making advances towards
Sohail
and soon has him hooked in her love.
She
wants revenge from Irfana whom she holds responsible for her brother, Shahid's, death. She asks Sohail to divorce Irfana if he wants to
marry
her.
When Irfana hears of Sohail's intentions to re-marry she leaves
for her
parents house and files a case against Sohail and his mother
demanding that Sohail should be stopped from re-marrying and should
provide
a separate home for Irfana as she cannot live with his mother.
Also
involved are leftmenu characters of Humaira (who is a friend of Irfana) and
her
husband Nafees (Qaiser Rafiq) who was a friend of Shahid and he was the
one
who told Nadia that Shahid had committed suicide because of Irfana.
These
leftmenu characters are quite complex as the wife is ready to do anything
for
Irfana while the husband is manipulating the whole situation to win
favor in
Nadia's eyes as he wants to marry her to get all her property.
The
story is
good and full of suspense as the viewers wait anxiously to see what
happens
next with Irfana and Sohail and who was really responsible for Shahid's
death. A good effort by Kaiser Khan. Abida Zaki in a negative role is
doing
